Tooth asymmetry is always a problem, especially in the final stages of treatment.
One of the issues raised by patients is the possibility of asymmetry in the teeth.
Most patients think that their teeth are perfectly symmetrical, and interestingly, this notion is even seen in some dental students.
I must say that the teeth, contrary to our imagination, show different shapes in the two halves of the jaw. This problem is usually not obvious before starting orthodontic treatment, but it appears at the end of orthodontic treatment and with increasing sensitivity of the patient and others. In most cases, this does not pose a problem for treatment, but in some cases where the condition is severe and especially close to the midline (for example, in the middle incisors of both sides) can attract the attention of the patient and others. The skill and experience of the practitioner can solve the problem in an acceptable way.
